I had a great time at the annual Cancer Chili Battle! Between the delicious beer and beverages of the London Brewing Co-operative and the special event BBQ, there is always something exciting happening!
The chili cook-off itself is a memorable and friendly competition where all attendees get the opportunity to taste and critique each of the different chili recipes, and it is accompanied by fantastic musical entertainment, with a thrilling master of ceremonies, and professional judges who cap off the competition with some great rewards for the victorious chili chefs.
The Cancer Chili Battle is held annually on the first Sunday of October at the London Brewing Co-operative, and I recommend that you check it out if you would like to support this cancer research fundraiser, all while experiencing a great community event in London, Ontario.

The chili cookoff was a lot of fun and a great idea for raising money for cancer research. It helps that I love to feed people. Diana and everyone helping her did a fantastic job of making the whole thing run smoothly. Looking forward to this year! The cook off is the weekend of my birthday. Birthday is the 5th of October, chili is the 6th. Fantastic way to celebrate!

Best of all, the food, beer and participants were the best.
